Freight Cost:
Crafted to your preferred mattress size with optional add-ons, this bed frame will be packed and ready for freight shipping from Northern California on January 15, 2025. The frame, including lumber and metal hardware, weighs approximately 800-900 pounds and, when fully packed, may stand around 8 feet tall. Liftgate service will be needed for such a heavy item.
Freight shipping within the United States is not included in the purchase price.
Important Assembly and Installation Information:
*You will be responsible for unloading and unpacking the parts, as well as assembling the bed frame or hiring a skilled carpenter to do so. Assembly requires basic carpentry skills and tools such as a power drill, level, post level, ratchet, wrenches, and more. Detailed assembly instructions, along with a list of necessary tools, will be provided. The parts will arrive painted and partially pre-assembled into several main segments for easy shipping.

Non-Refundable Portion: This product is available for presale. A 60% non-refundable portion applies to all presale orders. This is necessary to cover the costs of materials, production, and the extensive work involved, as this item is custom-made or made-to-order.
Freight Charges: Please note that shipping costs will be billed separately once your order is ready to ship. The exact freight charges will be calculated based on your location and the final dimensions and weight of the packaged product.
Payment of Freight Charges: You will receive a separate invoice for the freight charges once they have been determined. Your order will not be shipped until the freight charges are paid in full.
Refund Policy: If you request a refund or refuse to pay the freight charges, 60% of your presale payment will be retained, and the remaining 40% will be refunded to you.
